Refund Policy

At Sara’s Swim School, we are committed to providing a personalized and positive swim experience. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Please review the following refund policy:

Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund after completing your first lesson if you choose not to continue with the remainder of your lesson package.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the first completed lesson.

• Only unused lessons in the package will be eligible for refund consideration.

Non-Refundable Packages

Once 50% or more of the purchased lesson package has been completed, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

• No refunds will be issued for missed lessons without adequate notice, as outlined in our cancellation policy.

Request Process

To request a refund, please email saraecker719@gmail.com and include the following:

• Your full name

• Purchase date and lesson package

• Reason for the refund request

All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
