1. Introduction

Welcome to Sara’s Swim School. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

 

2. Services Provided

Sara’s Swim School connects clients with independent swim instructors who provide private swim lessons at the client’s home or preferred location. Lessons are tailored to individual swimmers’ needs.

 

3. Lesson Packages and Scheduling

  • Clients may purchase lesson packages in increments of 6, 8, 10, or 12 lessons per month.

  • Lessons can be scheduled flexibly based on instructor availability.

  • Packages are valid for [30/60] days from purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • To cancel or reschedule a session, please notify your instructor and plan rescheduling with them

 

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full prior to beginning any lessons.

6. Independent Instructors

All instructors are independent contractors, not employees of Sara’s Swim School. We vet instructors to ensure quality and professionalism, but we are not responsible for their actions outside of the swim instruction context.

 

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing a safe, clean, and appropriate swimming environment.

  • Ensuring the student is medically cleared and physically capable of participating.

  • Supervising minors before and after the lesson.

 

8. Liability Waiver

By using our services, you acknowledge that swimming involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury or drowning.
You agree to release and hold harmless Sara’s Swim School, its owner, and its contractors from any and all liability related to injury, accident, or loss arising from services rendered.

 

9. Privacy
